Being a owner of a .300 RUM, if your gun has a 26" barrel, 3380fps is a pretty hot load. Factory ammo is 3200. I load 180 accubonds one grain shy of max with h1000 and don't come close to that.

I can't really come up with anything good about a 7 RUM or any RUM....
