Trax, The RWS brass is VERY soft. You will not get maximum velocity with peak accuracy. I have owned a 5.6X50, 5.6X57, 6.5X68 and 8x68 and liked them all, but eventually got rid of them because of RWS being the only source of brass here in Oz.

| I have used a lot of RWS brass and have never had issues. 9.3X62 and 6.5X57. It is annealed and have not found it to be soft. As good perhaps better than Norma and Lapua. Have never had the chance to use Horneber brass, so can not comment. I have no reservations using RWS. Unfortunatley from what I have heard it is no longer imported to the US.. |

| If anything, RWS is regarded as the Gold Standard among many reloaders. It is not soft but tough as nails. If anything, I find it more difficult to determine pressure signs because it will take greater pressure without showing the telltale signs. just my .02. |

| Waffen Frankonia is a great choice....when I was stationed in their fair land, I spent a lot of my monthly pay check at their store in Wurzburg...It is one of those stores that has everything, and I do mean everything! At the time I was shooting a lovely Heym that someone needed more than me, once I returned to the states. Russ...
Some mistakes are to much fun to make only once.
