I just bought a CZ 550 FS in 9.3x62. Beautiful little rifle. I would like to mount my Leupold 1.5-5x20 as low as possible. Question; can the bolt be re-shaped to clear the ocular end of the scope better, and if it can be who would you recommend to do it job? Thanks. Gary

You might try posting this on the Gunsmithing forum for better response. ________________________ "Every country has the government it deserves." - Joseph de Maistre

I usually try to caution people mounting their scope too low. Unless you have a short stature, you may need to crink your neck to look through the scope. That being said, yes, the bolt handle can be heated and bent to different angles, within reason. For CZ work, Wayne at AHR is a subject matter expert, try with him first. John
