If I had to choose 1 rifle out of my collection to hunt all North America's big game I would choose a custom 30-06 built on an 03 action topped off with a 3X9 bushnell scopechief with command post. I am comfortable with this rifle, and I can shoot it with confidence. This coupled with the wide variety of bullets available makes it my choice. Take care and God bless.

Sorry to have such a boring choice, but I would go with a custom, mauser actioned 30-06, with a quality (Shilen or Hart) 26" barrel. I will go one step futher, have it throated and shoot 200 grain Nosler Paritions. I would place NECG open sights along with the Leupold QR bases and rings. Topped with a Leupold 2.5x8 Vari X III. I would be very satisfied.
