Accuracy is dependent upon the rifle and it's tolerances. A well built rifle of either cart will stack em' up but, a small error could make a world of difference.
There are wild cats far more speedy than the STW that will flat out shoot in Super Custom Made Rifles.

NO. With MAYBE an exception or two, there is no real difference in accuracy between cartridges-only between different guns, and this is due to the skill of the maker! However, it may require more effort to get a particular cartridge to perform well than with some other case.

The gunsmith that accurized my .338 told me that he has built rifles for himself that he has "tuned" by shortening the barrel a bit at a time. He says the harmonics are just slighty different with each barrel.
I'd go a step further to say they are slightly different with each load as well. If you tune a barrel to a specific load it will drive tacks.
The case it all starts in has a very small effect on the overall accuracy potential. If everything else is done as perfectly as possible , then the cases & load are all thats left to mess with. I think many comments by benchrest shooters are made with the basic idea that the barrel, chamber, action, and trigger are all as good as can be, ( or can be aforded), and so the tweeking of the loading process begins. In a hunting rifle there isn't as much of a need for this level of accuracy. Nate

Damme! Best use for a golf ball I've ever heard!
