I have only fired one in 7mmstw but I have fired a few in other chamberings as well and all were more accurate than most other factory rifles that I have fired.

All of the 7mm Sendero's I've seen or shot have been deadly accurate. I have seen 30 calibers that have been so-so, but I agree with Stubblejumper that they tend to be more accurate than most other factory rifles.

I shoot a 7mm Ultra Mag in the Sendero that is extremely accurate. My buddy shoots the 7STW in a Win Model 70 that shoots just as well. The 7STW in a Sendero should be very accurate.

I have a 7STW in a Sendero SF and really like it. It shoots well with several different loads, but it really likes Retumbo and 160 grain AccuBonds.

Gentlemen, I think I have to be honest and say that based on my experience, I think you're more likely to get a dud Remington than a Ruger any day Not trying to start a war here, just being honest...

Prices culling hunts Slate safari's Personally i think 4500 US Dollar is a lot of money for a job that's needed to be done. It's something you can easily find at 60% of this prices in South africa or Namibia. Some friends of mine shot approx. 60 animals Springbok's,blesbok etc...staying 14 days at the PH and paid approx. 2500 us Dollars. Why do people always want to make big money from something ordinary...and destroying the hunting posibilities for ordinary working lad's.

Dirk, I don't set the prices, I just pass them on from the hunting ranch operator. I'll pass on a bit of information to clarify some prices, though... At a game auction or from a game dealer, the average Namibian springbok costs N$700-900, depending on season and conditions. At the current exchange rate (1 USD = N$7.1), that equates to $98-$126 each. Let's take an average price of $112.68 and multiply that by 30 springbok = $3384, then add in 7 days of the two by one price of $210 per day = $4850. Doesn't look like that bad of a deal. Anyways, that is completly off the topic. If you would like to discuss this more, please feel free to email me at info@slatesafaris.com.

If so i apologize! But i hear the most crazy stories about Americans paying 3 ,up to 4 times the normal prices for stag hunting in Scotland . This year in januari when i was in Scotland some of the PH told me that some Americans came over to shoot just one red deer "chosen" stag and paid crazy money! They just come over and want the job to be done in a few hours; then a big party.... and fly back home with "a nice trophy". Some Germans did similar things with hind stalking but in the end they had to stay away because they made it impossible to hunt at reasonable prices! Most of the African PH have 2 hunting prices: one for the Americans and one for the Europeans. Look carefully!! If you make an analysis of these prices something becomes quite clear! But as you said it's not the topic so we discuss about it later
