Also, by the way, if you decide not to buy the 300 H & H and the price is not sky high, and if it is a pre Garcia, let me know where to get it. I would snatch that one up.

One more note. L61R's serialed before 1972 or with the third locking lug on the rear of the bolt and not marked "Imported by Garcia" on the barrel just in front of the forend, will bring premium prices too.

It seems to me that in the last year there has been a substantial increase in asking prices and actual selling prices for the older, pre Garcia models.

I only have three Sakos and all three are the finest shooters I own, out of 40 triggers in my safes.

You will need an action number, caliber and serial no.
