I had a 9.3x64 made for my wife a couple of years ago,great rifle but it seems slower than my old 375/338.The 9.3 spits the 286 nosler @2500fps---the 375/338 will do 2550 with the 300 nosler.I'm using 65grs 4895 in the 9.3 which is close to max in that rifle.What velosity should we expect in the 9.3.It sure works on moose,but enough velosity is never enough!

In my 9.3x64, 26" Walther barrel, 26", I got ge 2701 FPS and 2650 FPS with the 286 gr. Nosler...I get 2560 FPS with the 300 gr. Swift, 2495 FPS with the 320 gr. Woodleigh, and 2800FPS with 250 gr. Barnes BX....

All loads are max in my gun....all loads are chronographed 7 shots, taking away the low and high and averaging the 5 shoots...
