I have a chance to pick up a .338 Lazzeroni Titan from a friend for around $1,000. I don't know anything about this rifle, is it worth the money?

Is there factory ammo available for the rifle or is it best to hand load?

How is the recoil?

Any information you might have would be greatly appreciated.

Is this rifle built by Lazz. or is it of another manufacturer? If it's Lazz then it is probably worth the money, if the barrel is not shot out. With full loads it will have very stout recoil, more than a RUM. As for factory ammo, it can be purchased from Lazz for around $80.00-$100.00 PER BOX OF 20. Brass is about $2.00 apiece. The round is based on the .416 Rigby, to give you a frame of reference for the case size. If long range elk, moose, bear, or any of the large African antelopes are on the menue, then this would be hard to beat. If you do not get this rifle then please PM me the info on it, as I may be interested.

Thanks for the information. I won't be able to look it over until next week. I'll let you know how it looks.
