Anyone know much about these rifles?
What do you think this rifle is worth?

I appreciate any help.

I'll play this game...how much do you think my 1976 Chevy V-8 is worth?

Obviously you don't have enough info about my car to even make a SWAG (Scientific Wild Ass Guess).

Well, we're all in the same boat about your rifle. Is it all original? Which barrel length? Octgagon or round barrel? What is the exterior condition of the metal, and the condition of the wood, stock, and bore, %-wise? Which quality is the wood? Straight grain, A, AA, AAA, or presentation grade fancy? Walnut, or Maple? (I've seen them with each.) Any engraving? A picture would really help.

Anyway, I suggest you gather as much descriptive info as you can, then repost your question here at AR in the Single Shot Rifles Forum. Those guys are the ones who are most likely to know about your WickCliffe's current value.

All I can tell you is that they are good rifles, and in the 1980s they were selling used for a minimum of about $400-$500....and that you haven't given enough info to get any kind of good answer.

357, The Wickliffe rifles were made in the period of flashy stock, reverse taper forends, flared gripcaps, and inlays. Some are quite flashy ala Harry Lawson, some more subdued. The single shots have always caught my eye. I'd say $1,200 or so would be about right.
