Dear all

Does anyone know if the Sako 75 bottom metal is interchangeable with the 85.

The reason I ask is I am potentially interested in getting a hinged floor plate mag for my 85 but it is not listed as an option in the owners manual. It is listed as an option in the 75 manual.

Thanks in advance

I wouldn't think so or why do they have different model #'s.

jro

From what I can see comparing my 75 with my 85 the bottom metal looks to be the same. The McMillan I just got back from them would seem to bear this out too.

Obviously mags will not be universal to the 2 action types but all I want to do is replace the DM with an Integral floor plate mag.

Anyway hope someone on here that has both in the same action length will be able to chip in.

Thanks
