So while looking for reloading supplies ,I was able to find 2 lbs of RL23. Considering availability , I bought it. So is anyone using this in 30-06 with 180s or heavier ? Perhaps 375 H&H with 300 grain bullets?

Not in those calibres but can help if you want a .270W load. Sorry to be off-topic.

I tried it, but got better overall performance with H4350.
180 Sierra HPBT 61.0/RL-23/CCI 250/WW case/2724 fps/2966 fpe

I use it in my 280AI bean field rifle with 160 gr. NAB with excellent results. I think it burns faster than RL-22, but the published charts indicate otherwise.
It's not as dense as RL-22 which hampers it use in the 30-06
