Many of you know that I am working up loads for my 9.3x62 Mauser. Nosler bullets in that diameter are hard to find around here, so I ordered some 250 grain .366� Ballistic Tip blems from the Nosler Pro Shop last week. They arrived yesterday, except that they were 225 grain .358� Partitions. They also got my name wrong on the invoice.
I called Nosler and asked how I should go about returning them. Without hesitation, the man said, �I�ll ship your original order to you today. Keep the Partitions.�
I doubled my order on the spot.

NOSLER CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE AN EXAMPLE FOR ALL OTHER COMPANIES. I have never had one problem with them.

Mikey BMost people would be happy if the company simply paid for the return shipping and then shipped the original order, but that is just being classy.
