Gentlemen. I need some info regarding the 7,92 Kurz. Where to get components for reloading? Any of you gentlemen have any practical experience with it? Would it be suitable for deer? How about performance compared with the 30 Carbine and 7,62 x 39? Hope you can help me out on this. Regards// VOYAGER

The cases can be made from .308, 8X57or even 30-06 cases. bullets should be no problem and dies can be supplied by RCBS.It is comparable in power to the 7.62X 39 and at the muzzle the energy level is less than a 30/30.In some people's opinion it is a little light for deer. Other people say it is adequate.using the right bullet a hunter who can place his shots should have little trouble at 100 yds; maybe more. Look at Cartridges of the World for a reference. roger
