A completely unnecessary observation, but I noticed that Federal now identifies the .338 Federal with the Trophy Tipped bullet as "big game" cartridge. Previously, there used to be the deer logo, now it's the elk. With no experience ever whatsoever, I think this is a more apt classification.

We dont have elk here so i wait for them getting a logo for bear.

Cartridges have become overkill for killing game over the past half century. Just being honest...I am not a fan of the 338 federal but there is no denying that it has pleny of horsepower to kill just about anything that walks.
