I use the 165gr interbond in my wife's 308 and I use a half a grain shy of a full charge of Varget. I don't remember the exact amount, but a hodgdon website visit will help. She can get MOA no problem with that load using Federal match primers and lapua cases.

44-45 grains of IMR4064 has worked for me with the 165 grain Hornady BTSP for 27 years now in three different 308s. A max charge of varget under the 165sst in R+P brass and WLR primers shoots great in a 700 LVSF 308 I load for. Very low SD and sub moa. 2700 fps avg Good Luck Reloader

Hello I had luck with 43.4 grs of N-140. With Lapua brass and CCI BR primers shoots like a match load. Regards

100% agree except I use Rem brass and cci primers. capt david "It's not how hard you hit 'em, it's where you hit 'em." The 30-06 will, with the right bullet, successfully take any game animal in North America up to 300yds. Get closer!
