If you can get one at a decent price, I'd get it. I've got a .308 BDL barreled action in a Mountain Rifle Stock - sweet! mgun


If you are going to carry a big stick, you've got to whack someone with it at least every once in while.

I have shot several rem Mod 7's in 308 over the years, some of them as far as 600 yards. All of them have been great shooters. OI have killed several deer, turkey, and wild pigs with them.
My newest a SS Mod 7 shoots great.

The mod 7 is one of my favorite rifles.

For as much as I'm into making my own guns I must say that the M-7 Remington (I like the CDL) is a very attractive production rifle.

It fits me to a "T"!!!
