Just curious, but why go from 270 to 280?

Not trying to start a fued, just curious.

$25-$75...$100 if you're real lucky. If it were a rare chambering it would fetch more. Lou

yup....ask $100 on the classifieds and after a while reduce it to $75...keep lowering it until it sells...

A lot of '98 barrels move for $50....and I don't mean milsurp....

Because I was able to get the rifle for a deal and I have an unreasonable love for 7mm bullets and an irrational hatred of .270's

And you should know this, lol, 3rd or 4th post down!

Swapping off a .270 barrel for a .280 is like trading one blind duck for another blind duck, and paying boot.

You know . . . There's a woman who works at Sam's Club. I never paid much attention to her until she changed her hair color. Big Grin
