338 Win Mag I went to reload for a friend over the holidays and it was impossible to find brass and a wide bullet selection. Got both on AR classifieds! you know what you can't find? Swift bullets. Wonder if they are out of business or soon to be. You are spamming the forums by posting the same thing in several places. Bertram brass is just plain JUNK!

What a stupid attitude! You only came here to sell. You started off by posting on several forums the same post. I think you better go play somewhere else! I have very little time for idiots!

Bertram Brass USA is the importer of brass into the USA from the manufacturer, Bruce Bertram in Australia. I don't imagine they or Bruce would entertain anyone else trying to import, Bruce probably wouldn't supply a second outlet.

Kynamco used Bertram brass when they restarted production of Kynoch ammunition (all Australian products: Bertram brass, ADI powder and Woodleigh bullets). I imagine they probably did some quality control on the brass before loading it or Bertram may have done this themselves before supplying to Kymanco. Maybe everyone else just gets the seconds .

I have seen a few examples of Bertram brass. Totally useless and unacceptable for any normal use. Frankly, how the hell can a company let such examples out of the factory was beyond me. In all my years of reloading, I have never seen anything as bad those ones.

To be fair Bertram does supply brass for a lot of odd and obsolete cartridges plus many current ones. Without Bertram would Kynamco have resumed making Kynoch ammo again, probably not or certainly not the range that they do make. I don't know why Bertram is so hit and miss in quality when we see just how successful Woodleigh has been providing top quality bullets for the industry and also ADI in Australia making a great range and quality of powder. I don't think the industry and shooters would be quite where they are today without these three Aussie companies. Hell I'm going to have to go and have a good stiff whiskey after choking on that bit of praise for our Aussie cousins across the ditch
