Walmart has some zqi 7.62x51 ammo - 147 grain. Turkish ammo.

Any have experience with it ?

$10 for box of 20 - $.50 a round.

Cheap ammo and its not steel case.

Walmart won't sell it after 9 pm so I may need to drive 20 miles to this store.

Beats paying 10 cents for 22 lr ammo.

I don't know much about it but my best friend is stock piling the stuff. He buys just about every time he is goes to Walmart. He hasn't shot it yet to my knowledge. The price is hard to believe for brass 308 ammo.

Bought 6 boxes from my local Walmart for $63 with tax.

I think I will stockpile these slowly - have a lot of 7.62x51 rifles.

22lr at 10 cents is stupid - Walmart was sold out again.

There was a guy selling old surplus 30/06 ammo for $2 a round at the gun show. The day before I bought 180 grain barnes tsx federal of $34 for 20 rounds at gander - they were on sale.

Looks like a lot of good cheap ammo in everything but 22lr.
