Is this true: the winchester factory barrels for 7mm RM, 300 WM and 338 WM all use the the exact barrel dimensions with the only difference being the size of the bore at the end? Barrel in question is factory, 26".

They are Hammer forged barrels. They use the same hammers, just a different diameter madrel.
