http://www.ruger.com/Firearms/...t%20Action&famlst=31 Looking for something between a .223 and .30 calibers, I keep coming back to the 6.5's. I want something that will shoot well at intermediate ranges (~300-600 yards) that is accurate with enough payload for large varmints. Shooting 140 grains at ~2800FPS, it looks like a good choice if recoil is low enough to make it worth leaving the .308 at home. Does anyone shoot this caliber? How does it work at the target range? Competition? Varmint termination? Is it easy to reload? Thanks!
