I have 100 CDP 154 grn (Vo 2820 fps) bullets that I will use in this rifle.
Maybe they will shoot straight, if not I will have to handload Wink

Thanks for the kind words.
The rifle is made by Wilhelm Brenneke in Berlin, a true classic Brenneke in a in-house callibre.
I like the Black buffalo horn tip.

Cheers,

André

The scope and EAW is oinstalled by the owner before me. They work but, does not look great on the rifle.
I am not sure of the date but do like Alf think it is post war.
Funny that a Berlin gunmaker used a FN action.
She is one lean Lassie and handles great.

Cheers,

André

It looks nice. How much would a rifle like that cost?

That all depends on the state of the rifle and what optics is on it etc.
Mine was about 2k.

Interesting that it is a hogs back, and has a pancake cheek piece.

I have a interesting new one in 8x57, similar story but it's a Oberndorf mauser instead of a FN.

Very Nice!! I have a "US" model, not a hog back, but definitely of the 1950s vintage, plus as Steyr Mark III, and I love them! Mighty fine deer rifles!

The resemblance is obvious, but of course yours is very special. At the time I purchased this CZ 550 medium mag in 7mm, there was a CZ 550 in 7x64 for sale with the same style stock. I figured I couldn't afford or justify buying both, so I let the 7x64 go, and bought the 7 mag.

Now I have another decision to make. I have a good looking CZ factory stock, American style, that was initially on a 9.3x62, so it has the magnum cross pins. I'm thinking of switching stocks.
