Well, I looked at the Super Shadow and my first impression is "not too impressed". The barrel is not floated, the blind magazine, strange stock, and the safety sticks/hangs in the fire position. The safety thing really bugs me cause it hangs up tight where you have to jiggle the bolt and really fiddle with it to get it back to the safety position.
Has anyone else had any problems with the safety sticking? The gun has only been fired ten times for sight in, and the owner says "it just needs some use to loosen up" but it feels more like some kind of mechanical binding of the safety to me.
The blind magazine I could live with, but I also wonder about change in point of impact as the barrel heats, since it's fitted tightly to the stock. Any additional comments regarding these rifles would be appreciated.

I wouldn't trade, I believe that Rem. will out shoot a Super Shadow any day of the week. The 270 win can be loaded to almost the same speed as the 270 wsm so, you really dont get that big of an advantage.

The Super shadow looks kind of cheaply constructed.
