Here is one that must be an older rifle rechambered or rebarreled, certainly Reilly was long out of business when the .30 R Blaser originated, does not look like a strong action:

Yes, the text says that the barrel has been sleeved to .30 R Blaser. Its pressure is about .30-06 level. See the parallel thread about this question.
