I am still on the hunt for some 100 Grain HP 312 bullets. Anybody have any they wish to sell? Jerry NRA Benefactor Life Member

Jerry, I don't know if they still make them, but I used to use Speer 100 grain half-jacket .308's in a .32-20 revolver. They shot equally as well as factory loads. I'd advise picking up any appropriate .308" bullet for a try to see if your gun won't do about as well with them.

Stonecreek, Thanks. This particular 32-20, is a Model 23 Savage, which is well worn, but shoots the jacketed 312's into a nice little cluster @50yds. The barrel is worn enough, where it won't hold 8" @100yds with lead bullets. Regards Jerry NRA Benefactor Life Member

While not an answer to your specific question you might give Dave Jennings a shout at Montana Bullet Works. His hand cast bullets are top quality and he will size them as required and may just get your gun shooting cast again. Just a thought. I believe Hornady makes what you are after though in the XTP.
