Just picked up a 325 WSM for elk and moose. Has anyone used the 8mm Nosler E-Tip.
Or just use Nosler Partition that are proven.

My friend, who is an experienced reloader, tried the E-Tip and went back to the Barnes (T)TSX. I can't remember the exact reason - pressure issue, perhaps?

The Nosler 200 grs Partition is an excellent .323 cal bullet, as is the 200 grs AccuBond. I have not hunted with (T)TSX bullets in .323 cal, but have had great luck with them (accuracy and terminal ballistics) in lots of other calibers.

I've only killed with the 180 gr. ballistic tips in mine as I shoot whitetail and hogs.
However, I do believe you would have no problem with Nosler partitons or Accubonds, or with Barnes Triple shocks.
I've had excellent accuracy with the 180 gr Ballistic tips in both a Kimber Montana and a Nosler Custom Sporter. The Accubonds fly like a ballistic tip for all practical purposes. In terms of ballistic co-efficient and if your shots tended to be longish my experience (and this is subjective) tell me that I'd go with the Accubonds first, TSX second and the partitions third However, there is always the caveat.... find out what your rifle likes and go with it.

I think I will steer clear of the E-Tips, they seam to be like the old Barnes X- Bullet good, bad and ugly.
I think I will get some tried and true Partitions and see how they fly. Even if I can get 1 1/2" groups at 100 yrd. It will be well with in minute of moose or elk out to 300 yrds. And I never shoot that far, unless it's a coyote.

The 220 Wooddleigh PP is hard to beat!
I use it in my 8x68S, good effect on moose etc.

I load for 3 different 325 WSM's 2 Abolts and a Xbolt. The XBolt I load 180 Nosler BT's and they are very accurate and in the Abolts I load one with 200 gr Accubonds and the other with Barnes 160gr Barnes TSX's. All 3 bullets do a great job on whitetails...but if I were going for big animals I wouldnt hesitate to use the 200 gr accubond...it is a sledgehammer on deer. The Barnes 160gr really surprised me...the fellow I load these for killed a couple deer over 400 yds and dropped them. Of all the WSM's the 325 is my favorite!
