If it don't say "H&H" or "Rigby" or "WR" on it, it ain't s..t! Plus they have that decocker on the rifle and they blow up ALL the time!

Seems to me they just re-invented the wheel. 7mm Rem Mag, .300 Win Mag, .338 Win Mag, and .375 H&H velocities without the belt. I guess they just had to hang their name on a cartridge.

The extremely FEW DOCUMENTED separations
are on early models
and were predominately due to abuse--
esp--overloading.

No , I do not work for Blaser

That's what I was thinking. Looks like a big case from here.

Don't know the capacity but here is the loading listed on the Norma site.

7mm 156@3035
300 200gr@2822
338 230gr @ 2822
375 300gr at 2690

The 375 which is the longest case gives basically the same velocity at the 375Ruger.
The other loads are a touch higher than normal Hornady listing but lower than their "super performance loads" Heck the basic Hornady 7mag 154 is at 3035 while the superperformance is 3100.

Converting the velocity on the load llisted on the link above wow a 180gr 300cal at 3017fps.

All are designed to fit a std length action. So what do you get from the smaller ones other than removing the belt? The say Blazer??? bewildered

Dugga, sorry you missed the tongue in cheek. I own a Blazer R93 with 3 barrels: 7mm RM, 300WM, 375 H&H. Not to mention my Blaser S2 in 500NE.

I think that it makes sense to develop cartridges for standard length actions if the development of newer powders makes this possible. There is nothing magic about magnum length actions to my mind.
Just FWIW, Peter.

Obviously the unemployed engineers and marketers from the Winchester SSMs, the Rem SAUMs, and the Ruger Compact Magnums. popcorn

Hell. Given the unemployment here...can you blame them for taking jobs overseas? stir
