Is there any market for the 175gr match 308. A buddy of mine has 1100 he has collected over the last couple of years for a project he was going to do and has now decided to go a different route. He gave me over 1100 loose rounds in (3) ammo cans and I dont have a 308.

Someboby will probably want that ammo it is good stuff.
But.... Maybe you should get a 308. Big Grin
If you do not want a heavy big bull bbld rifle take a look at the Remington 700 LTR [Light Tatical Rifle]. They shoot pretty good for a "store bought rifle".

I concidered that. We put the ammo on some hogs this weekend and got unbelievable penetration, 38 inches starting at the bung hole, but zero expantion. Most of my shooting is for hunting so I dont think it would fit my bill.

"Gun Show" trade... Somebody, somewhere has to be shooting a M1A in Hi-Power.

If that is true M118 LR it is good stuff. The tips should be hollow point a la 175grain Sierra MatchKings.
I would be interested in trading. Send me a PM please. I have a lot of trade swag.
