I have 7 Remington Senderos in various calibers and all are dressed out with a HS stock,Not one of my stocks are glass bedded for the simple reason a HS stock does NOT NEED to be glass bedded because the stock was designed NOT to be glass
bedded in the first place, hence the full lenght pillar bedding.
All the BS I hear about bedding a HS stock is just that-BS.
Example--The bad of boy of my Senderos is a 300Win Mag sporting
a factory 26" fluted barrel with a 2" muzzlebrake(28"total lenght)This bad boy eats 190grHPBTMK bullets and spits them out to 1000yds at just under 6"s.Now,Can I do better if the stock were to be bedded?I think not,the glass bedding, depending on thickness would act like a shim, raising the action and barrel no matter how minute,Remember the HS
stock was designed for the action to fit the pillar bed as
perfectly as possible and still free float the barrel. The main point being missed here is the action screws, first the
action screws SHOULD be HEX(SLOT SCREWS DO NOT WORK)Now the
key word here is TORQUE,the action screws MUST BE TORQUED(Using INCH POUNDS)My 300 is torqued to 65"lbs both
front and rear,I've seen glass bedding actually crack with
this much torque, when thats happens its back to square one.
like the old saying-IF IT AIN'T BROKE,DON'T FIX IT.Of course
this is just my opinion,I may be wrong.

Snafu, I've got only one of my HS stocks bedded, reason being, when I sent the rifle back to Rem. to alleviate a barrel lean, they took some aluminum off of one side and screwed everything up, don't know if it really shoots any better than before I sent it back or the fact I got my loads just right, shot some amazing groups, albiet 4 shots before I sent it back, my 6mmRem. will shoot in the 2s and 3s @100yds. with a Non-bedded HS stock, 708 shoots avg 3/4moa out to 300yds. with same, the guys on Longrangehunting.com claim bedding HS stocks rids them of fliers, don't know about that, I can't shoot past 300yds. at my range, Jay

Jay,You ready for this? I shoot Federal Premium Gold Medal
190HPBT Sierra Matchking right out of the box,I got tired of trying to outdo the factory and besides while my friends were out shooting I was in the cellar reloading,No more,Beleive me
I did it all, listened to the so called experts, spent boku bucks
on special crap I didn't need, the whole 9 yards,Now I just grab a couple boxes and I'm on my way to the range,I learned the hard way about so called expert advice,Now I just listen to myself and old lady.Try a box, you'll be surprised.don't forget
about torquing the action screws.

snafu, You mean to tell me you can't find time to load your own, that's half the fun, saying I loaded these hummers myself, sure it takes about 2.5hrs. to load 100 rounds, but I just can't see paying 20 plus bucks for a box of shells, cheap, cheap, no doubt factory stuff nowadays is as good as or close to handloads, but damn they're expensive.
