That's an interesting article. I'm looking to try the 60gr Partition along with Barnes' 53gr TSX and Speer 70gr in my 22-250 for deer/antelope next year. I've heard the Barnes does well on antelope; it'll be good to test them on coyote in the mean time.

There are so many variables in this test, not only between the different types of rifles and calibres, but also between the different bullet types and weights as well as muzzle velocities, that this type of test can at the most only be regarded as 'interesting' and nothing scientifically more.

What a waste!

Rob:
I too have my own "test" media for Northforks - an Alaskan bullmoose. I use their 225 gr. bullet in my .338 Mag. and this year finally got my chance to "test" this bullet. I nailed a forked bull at about 225 yds and hit him in the left front shouldeer as he was quartering towards me. Upon dressing him out, we found the bullet lodged under the skinn in the right rear quarter. The bullet was a classic mushroom and weighs 218 grs. What more could anyone expect? I'm sold on 'em. Too bad Mike still doesn't make his 150 gr. bullets for my .270 Win.
Just my experiences. Bear in Fairbanks
