For 110 gr bullets, the range for 4064 is 41.5-50.2 grs, and on 150 gr bullets, it is 37.9-48.2 grs. This should give you a starting place. For what it is worth, I use Varget in all my 308 loadings.

From the Barnes Number 3 manual with the old style 150gr X bullet, with IMR 4064 Starting load 41gr at 2634 fps. Max load 45gr at 2891 fps. For that bullet it is one of their recommended powders. DOUBLE RIFLE SHOOTERS SOCIETY

Big old plus 1 to VARGET. Add to that BLC2. VARGET's been good enough to me in many 308's that I never even tried RL!!
