ok so here is what I got:

110gn hornady vmax
new winchester brass
CCI Primers
IMR 4064

also TSX 150gr
same crap as above

I have the new Hornady manuel and no info for IMR 4064 for their vmax 110gn

and obviously no info on the TSX

Looking for a place to start....with the shortage of components I really would like to use what I have instead of running out and looking for diffrent powder, etc....

For 110 gr bullets, the range for 4064 is 41.5-50.2 grs, and on 150 gr bullets, it is 37.9-48.2 grs.

This should give you a starting place.

For what it is worth, I use Varget in all my 308 loadings.

From the Barnes Number 3 manual with the old style 150gr X bullet, with IMR 4064
Starting load 41gr at 2634 fps.

Max load 45gr at 2891 fps.

For that bullet it is one of their recommended powders.

Big old plus 1 to VARGET. Add to that BLC2. VARGET's been good enough to me in many 308's that I never even tried RL!!
