Well I picked up my second Husky in 9.3x62. I bought the first about 6 months ago and I am very happy with it. It shoots great. I have managed to find a good load of RL-15 with a 286gr Woodleigh that gives me sub MOA groups at 100 yards. Both were made in 1948 and the serial numbers are 830 apart. Looking forward to shooting this one too!!

My Husky is a 1949 gun and I really like it, I have not worked up any loads yet but it shoots the Prvi stuff great! I'm looking forward to trying some of the Woodleigh and Nosler offerings in it.

My Husky is from the 50´s and it shoots any bullet, any load well. Have any of you hunted with the Privi bullet? I´ve used the 286gr SP for plinking.

cewe,
I have not taken any game yet with the Prvi bullet although I have carried it on several hunts. I am thinking at the modest velocity of the 9.3x62 that most bullets would be fine on thin skinned game.

www.sarcoinc.com & www.simpsonltd.com is where most were coming from in the USA. www.tradeexcanada.com had a bunch at very low prices but importing them isn't easy anymore.

Bob: Keeping velocities moderate is the secret of the 9.3x62. If one wants more speed then I reommend the 9.3x64 -took a leopard, a few impala and two warthogs with mine last year -perfect function with the Woodleigh 320gr.

You can also get some nice ones at Allan's Armory. He usually has a few and is good to work with.
