Has anyone tried this load on big game? I have heard that they shoot quite well. Thanks in advance.

Not on game, unless you figure a ground hog is game. Only shot one at about 65 yds. Killed him real dead. I have shot over 200 of these bullets in the last 2 months, & they are accurte in my 9.3 X 62. Expect to try them on a white tail this yr.

I hope to poke one through a Maine black bear the first week of September. I've tortured myself over what rifle to take and I'm 99% sure the nod will go to my CZ 9.3x62. The Serbian ammo shoots so good in it that I'm not going to bother taking handloads. If I'm successful I'll report the results.

I don't know about the 9.3, however I did shoot a wild pig in the head with a 7x57 in PPU. The result was very disapointing. The bullet fragmented and did not reach past the ainmals throat. I would not use PPU on anything larger than varmints. No matter what the calibre. There was a 9.3 bullet test on the European forum not tooo lang ago. PPU, along with Sellier and Bellot attained the lowest score. PPU do shoot very well, but their performance on game is very poor.
