the long wait is over, sort of... i've been waiting for the past two years for steyr to produce a stainless wsm. i'm still waiting, but in the meantime i got a blued 300wsm prohunter.
it has not disappointed! although i'm still "seasoning the barrel, i'm able to put 3 bullets touching @ a 100yds w/ both the 165gr fusion and 180gr win accubonds.
***for those using the 300 wsm for deer sized game, what bullets have given you good results?(please, i'm not here to discuss whether or not the 300 is too big for deer, thanks.)

In my 300 I shoot everything with 180 or 200 grain Barnes X. So far, about 25 animals( deer and bigger)fall down without incident and never move again.
