Did I say they have a feeding problem? I simply said Push-Feed and vertical stack makes the WSM feed easier/smoother. ...so how about You take your own advice to READ & UNDERSTAND my post properly.
Private correspondence I had with PGW 12 yrs ago was not 'gun mag writer' information, It was directly from a pioneering shop that built custom WSM rifles, accordingly, theres NOTHING here on this thread from actual users, thats new, enlightening or that has superceded anything the PGW shop owner correctly told me concerning the WSM. Its physical fact that WSM will feed smoother & easier from a Push-Feed with vertical stack. It will take somewhat more gunsmithing skill to get WSM to reliably feed from a staggered box CRF Kurz M98.

I have a Kimber that I have not had any issues with feeding. It is also very accurate if you give it a good 10 minutes or so between shots. It has a very light weight barrel and if you try and shoot rapid fire, it spreads them all over the place. Not a cartridge issue per se. I haven't had any issues with it as far as the cartridge goes, except the factory ammo is definitely a bit warm. Mine is no where near as fast as my .300 win mag (like 100 or so FPS slower) but the rifle weighs half of what the win mag does. Then again, I am the odd duck who has 2 .223 WSSM and other than no mag capacity, they work just fine also.

One 300 is about like another IMO, they are all excellent for there intended use...I,m shooting a 300 win mag Zytel stocked SS Ruger mk11, simply because I sold my old 300 H&H for some reason known only to the Red Gods of Hunting!, but when the snow is deep in Idaho I can stick that toughest of all plastic stock up in the snow and gut an elk. I never liked doing that with my pre 64 and the 300 win will come within 200 FPS of that old mod 70..
