Pain in my butt!

Winchester closing out is making it hard for me to get a rifle. I wanted a m70 shadow elite in .308win. But if i dont get it for some reason. What else should i look at in that price range that is similar? I thought a ruger m77 all-weather in .308 would fill in that space. I also thought of savage but, I dont too much care for thier bolt i think it is sluggish. SO any oppinions are gonna be apreciated.

Don't shy away from used rifles. Often times they have been shot VERY little and can be had for a good price.

Besides, CDNN will probably end up with a lot of closeout inventory and sell it off cheap. If you don't know who they are, go to http://www.cdnninvestments.com.

There won't be much until the 2006-1 or 2006-2 catalogs, though.

Have a look at the Ruger Ultra Light.
