A few weeks ago someone posted a complaint about trying to buy the correct rifle from this online company. Now it is my turn. On the 18th of Jan I paid by VISA for a rifle listed on there web site as in stock. Before I gave them my credit card number I called to confirm the exact rifle I wanted was in stock and the current price. One phone call and about 6 emails has gotten me the same response. "Your order is being processed and it will ship out tomorrow with a tracking number".
Time will tell if I get the rifle I ordered. But up to this point there customer service, or lack of, simply sucks. Glad I paid via credit card.

I have purchased a pistol from them about 2 years or less ago. I don't recall any difficulties with the purchase. I wonder if there has been a change at Bud's thats causing problems?

Beats me. I faxed them my dealers FFL immediately and they acknowledged they received it. But 10 days later and I still do not have a tracking number.

I purchased a number of rifles from them and never had a problem, but none within the last 6 months or so.I have called them and always got an answer but sometimes success is coming faster then they're prepared to deal with and shit starts happening. I hope it works out for you guys.

Finally received an email from them today telling me my rifle was shipped on the 26th. No tracking number but at least they contacted me. I still have the wait and see attitude but in all fairness if the delivery comes through with out a hitch they earned my respect as the rifle ordered was a Win 70 30 06 Classic and it was ordered a few days after they announced there plant closing. Buds did not increase any of there prices on there web site yet.

The rifle I ordered came today. No problems. They did what they were supposed to do but I thought they lacked good communication. But I would order from them again knowing not to expect the order to arrive for about 2 weeks after placing the order.
