I figured some AR folks should have a few of these in hand by now. What do you think of them. The LAW website's specs indicate that the Closer and the Proffesional are almost identical, with the Proffessional having a fluted barrel and a removeable muzzle break. Specs show the Closer weighing between 6.7 and 7.0lbs, and the Proffesional weighing between 6.6 and 7.0lbs. However, the closer is described as, "our medium weight rifle", while the Proffesional is, "the ultimate lightweight rifle". Am I missing something?

Not trying to be critical really. I am wondering if this is a misprint. These look to be solid rifles for a great price. Anyone know if they make lefties? Thanks
Matt

FISH!!

Heed the words of Winston Smith in Orwell's 1984:

"Every record has been destroyed or falsified, every book rewritten, every picture has been repainted, every statue and street building has been renamed, every date has been altered. And the process is continuing day by day and minute by minute. History has stopped. Nothing exists except an endless present in which the Party is always right."

A local shop just got in a Proffesional in 26 Nosler. Pretty slick. They have 300 win, 308, 6.5 Creedmoor, 270, and 30-06 on order.

They list the Professional model as 6.6 - 7.0lbs and the Closer model 6.7 - 7.0lbs so I guess in at least one style the Professional maybe 0.1 lb lighter than the lightest style of the Closer model, other than that you could hardly claim to describe one different from the other in terms of carry weight!
