I am getting ready to sell my Nikko 7000 and I have no idea what to ask for it. I can't seem to find any useful info on the web either. The rifle is chambered in 30-06 and shoots like a dream. Everything is in excellent conditions and I have had MANY compliments on the wood and barrel finish. People seem to turn up there noses to a rifle made in Japan, even after they have seen how it shoots. It seems crazy to sell this one, and I just know I'll regret it later. Money is tight right now and I could use the the extra $$$. If at first you don't succeed...RELOAD!

Dog, look on Guns America, they have several and range in price from $600 - $950 with a Leupold scope. A 30-06 should go for about $700+. Lou **************** NRA Life Benefactor Member

I used to own "classic version" (low gloss American walnut stock, skipline checkering, rosewood fet, scroll engraved action) of that rifle. It was made by Olin-Kodensha for Winchester and called model 777. The caliber was also 06 Spr. These are well made guns. Is Golden Eagle Collectors Assn at 11144 Slate Creek Rd, Grass Valley, CA still active?
