Guys - I am looking at building a few boar spears - looking for designs and recommendations for materials. Infact, anything that could be of interest to someone anticipating using a spear on a Wild Boar!

I have the use of a friendly blacksmith with complete forge etc and the ability to source as many raw shafts as may be required.

Help! Are there any websites showing differing designs - all I can find relates to 'cold steel'.
