Hi I've sent an email to Kifaru three times over the past few weeks trying to get an answer to some questions before I place an order but they do not respond. I am getting an automated response saying they will get in touch in the next few days then nothing. I've beenusing the customer service email address, I guess I could try to email Patrick directly. Do Kifaru respond to emails? I'm in Australia so I'd much rather use email than phone them. Ian | ||

I would suggest asking the question, if it is not too sensitive in nature(like about a specific order), on the forums. At least patrick and mel seem to do a good job of checking the forums every day and ansering questions. It took them about a week to get back to me when I emailed them and that was after the second email I sent wondering if they checked their email....YMMV -phil | |||

I tried sending emails, and got a quicker reply from Patrick via the forum. But if they know your email is coming, ie you have discussed it on the forum and said you have or will email them, then the answer is far quicker. Don't know about emails, but they answer the phone! edit: just read the rest of your post...I guess Australia would be a bit of a long call. But I did call them with some questions about a pack and was able to get a lot of info I wouldn't have thought of asking in an email. Hunting: Exercising dominion over creation at 2800 fps. | |||

It appears that my messages to the customer service email were getting lost at the Kifaru end for some unknown reason. I sent an email to Patrick's address ples a message on the forum and I received a rapid reply via email. | |||
