I would give Kifaru a call and let them know of your problem. They might give you the credit for what you paid on a bigger Kifaru pack of your choice. Its worth a try. What do you have to loose? The worst they can say is no. Most of the time, Patrick Smith and Co will bend over backwards to insure customer satisfaction with their products...Rusty.
