Does anybody know why Mountain House has the Marine Cuisine line of products and how these differ from the other Mountain House meals?!!!  TIA! | ||

No difference except packaging. Marine packaging for the nautical crowd, regular for landlubbers. | |||

Aaaaargh! Yee be right, matey! It appears that Mountain House attempted a sales campaign targeted at boaters. Apparently it didn't go over too well as they are now selling these "Marine Cuisine" meals at under the cost of their regular meals. Which would make them a great buy ....... except many of them were manufactured in 2008. So if you buy these, check the expiration date! I love Mountain House. But I would pass on these unless the seller can furnish you the exact expiration date! | |||
