7x Leather (www.7xleather.com) makes outstanding chest rigs. Here is a picture of one of mine set up for a Super Redhawk with an Ultradot mounted up top. It can be adjusted any which way you want, and it can be comfortably worn with a pack.

Check out El Paso Saddlery. They make a tanker style across the chest holster that is the most comfortable way I've found to carry my S&W "Classic Carry" 3" .44 Mag.

Here's the 7x unit for a 5 1/2-inch Blackhawk.

You can also check out simply rugged leather. They have a chesty puller system that allows for most any holster to be carried vertically on your chest. This system works well for my Mountain Gun in .45 ACP as well as my Linebaugh Custom revolvers. Rob Leahy is the owner and a real nice guy to deal with.

Wes Daems of 7X Leather in Ennis, Montana, has made every knife sheath, every holster, every cartridge carrier I own, plus the belt I try to wear all the time, but succeed in wearing only almost all the time. A first-class human being as well as a maker of gun leather, he is also a premier saddle maker.

His only fault is he is a much, MUCH better shot than I am - Quigley 2015, confirms this.

I have the Simply Rugged-Chester Puller rig. It's okay.

But 'me too' on the Diamond D rig. Well made and rides up high enough to stay out of the way when seated.

Count "me too" as to all positive experiences with Diamond D. Have them for Freedom Arms/ S&W/ Ruger/ BFR revolvers, including one made for a Freedom Arms with a Trijicon RMR. Good folks to do business with also.
