Wohoo! Joygasm....I just picked up my 5.5" SS Redhawk that I won on Gunbroker. Looks to be a keeper. It apparently was not shot much, it has 0.003" cylinder gap and locks up tighter than any other revolver I have. This one will be on my hip this fall. Now to break out the 2400, LFNGCs and XTPs and find a holster! Oh, BTW, it joins my 6.5" BH and 14" T/C for a trio of .41s. BH1 There are no flies on 6.5s!

Congratulations, those are sort of rare birds, too. The one I've found hardest to acquire of the .41Magnum Redhawks is the 7.5 inch blued w/rings. The Redhawks will really take some stout loads if one is inclined. They are really strong and durable. Have fun trying to wear it out.. Had one...an EXCELLENT shooter and probably one DA revolver you will never wear out... I only sold mine because I never could find a set of grips that fit my hand. The only one I really liked was the factory wood and they were brutal to shoot with heavy cast bullets..so down the road it went with four or five extra sets of grips... You have a great stable of .41s going...keep buying...Bob

Congrats on the purchase, I am sure you will enjoy it for a LONG time. I started out with a FT BH which I purchased on my 21 BD from a local pawn shop. It lasted a couple of years but I I REALLY wanted a RH. I found one at a local GS and swapped even and lever looked back. I cannot even consider how many rounds it has digested from the wild to mild and it still shoots better than I can hold it. Good luck with yours, and enjoy your hunting this fall. Mike / Tx
