Can I use Alliant 2400 for reloading 50 AE. If so can anyone recomend some good loads for 300 gr, 325gr and 350gr?

You can use Alliant 2400 if you want. I need to have more info regarding your handgun
T/C, FA or custom, Desert eagle, LAR,...

Although I think Alliant 2400 is a great powder. I feel it is more suited to .357 with 158 grain and lighter bullets and .44 Mag loads with 240 grain and lighter bullets. For anything heavier (e.g. .44 Magnum/.45 Colt/ .50AE with 300 grain or heavier bullets) I recommend using W296 or H110 (Same exact powder, different name). These powders will provide higher velocities with less pressure. You will need a magnum primer and a good crimp with these powders as you do for 2400. Just my 2 centavos. Good Shooting!
