SAFARIKID's Bison

Here is a photo of SAFARIKID's bison, taken with one of his .50-110 handguns. Also a picture of the two .50-110s that Jack Huntington built for him -- VERY NICE! Details, Tom??

Thanks Whitworth for posting!!...Bison in Wyoming at 60 yds,crept up on a small heard and picked this guy out.Bam,one shot in the shoulder from my Smith 500 P Center 6.5" w/500 gr Hornady XTP went 4 ft into rear hip(weighed 499 grs afterwards,perfect shroom!)...Well,I thought I missed as he didnt budge,flinch,jump,scream or nothing?!?!Guide said,no,good hit,look close when he breaths,steam is coming out the hole(it was very Cold)...Then he fell over and died!....The two 50/110 BFR Conversions in the pic above were both done by my good friend Jack Huntington.They are 5" and 7" Barrels and Kick a "Tad".He does fantastic work and is reasonable with his prices.

Very nice Bison and love the guns.
So the Bison was taken with a S&W 500 Mag, cool.

And people think a 500 Mag is a big round, your 50-110 is truly a beast.

If you're going to make a hole, make it a big one.

Yeah, the .500 Smith looks like a pipsqueak round next to the .50-110! Probably the only time it looks like a pipsqueak!

Maybe you can get the chauffer to shoot it for you as well.......save yourself trips to your orthopedist.......
