Only fired once and barely dropped jumping

Just kidding Safarikid. The top one is beautiful, but I'll just stand back and watch someone else pull that trigger. I'd bet the snub nose has a fair bit of muzzle flash.

Ha!Both of you guys above are correct,as you will see by the pic below! We were at a Crawfish Boil beer last year and I brought along the 2.5" "conversation piece" and a ole hunting buddy just had to show that he could handle it,even after warning him it was a Beast! shameWell,I coached him on hold, etc and then he let here loose...literally!Look close and you will see a mid-air BFR collision! Eeker It is suspended near his right ear and shoulder! Well,it fell and hit the dirt unharmed, but lil Scottie did not fair as well. thumbdownTHere was quite a audience of us behind him and when he turned back, the girls and us gasped! His face was Covered in blood! The front sight came back and got him in the upper forehead and made a bloody mess.We cleaned him up and then noticed his left thumb was swollen, bad! When it rolled back, the hammer crushed his thumb somehow....then about a hour later, his thumbnail was black and very swollen,he then had one of our other friends drill a hole in iit to relieve the pressure. CRYBABYThe nail fell off a few days later and he has fully recovered and said "Never Again" clap (By the way,I dont have that problem shooting it) dancing

Good point! A fella wonders if a spur trigger wouldn't be a good idea on these freight trains.

Tom, why in the world would you let that kid shoot Hellboy? Most folks can't handle a .429 magnum, let alone a .50/110. He's probably traumatized for life with a permanent flinch.

Tom, what's the load you are using in the little .50-110 revolver?
