Durn Accu Dot! I went down to sight in my gun today. I got it right in at 50 yds but noticed the switch was very loose. It had a funny feel to it. I took the scope off the gun and took the whole thing apart. There was a tiny screw out of it's hole floating around in the switch. I tried to put it back and there were no threads in the hole. I found another one loose and it was the wrong screw for the hole. I had to change the heads on two 2-56 screws and cut them down. I tapped the holes, cleaned all contacts and lock tited the screws in. This is the second problem with this thing. Two years ago the front lens on the tube flew out from recoil and I had to glue it back with steel bed. They used some cheap glue on it and didn't fold the tube end over the glass edges. I never had any trouble with the other Tascos, Millets or Bushnells, just this thing.
Anyway, it works great now.
I sent for a Bushnell today. I found a set of Z rings in my base and ring drawer so I will be set for deer.
